Commercial detail — what you buy, how much and for how long — sits in the Order Form we sign with you. Everything that does not change from deal to deal lives here, at stable URLs, with a version marker.

How the documents fit together

An Order Form identifies the parties, the products, the scope, the term and the price. It incorporates the Subscription Terms and the Annexes below. Where an Order Form and these documents conflict, the Order Form prevails, because it is the document both parties actually negotiated.

Customers who subscribe online accept the same documents at checkout instead of signing an Order Form. The terms are identical; only the method of acceptance differs.

The standing terms for paid access to Deep Monitor, Market Intelligence and Custom Reports. Incorporated by reference into every Order Form.

Service Description and Service Levels

What each product delivers, the availability and data-freshness commitments, support response times and service credits.

Data Use and Publication Policy

What customers may do with Symbioen outputs: internal use, external citation, attribution, restrictions, and the independence of the Symbioen Index.

Subprocessors

The third-party providers Symbioen relies on to run the service, and what each of them handles.

The terms governing use of the public website, demo dashboards and sample reports.

How Symbioen handles personal data.

Previous versions

Each document carries a version number and an effective date. Where a signed Order Form refers to an earlier version, that version continues to govern that agreement until it renews. Ask legal@symbioen.com for a copy of a superseded version.
